I, whether as an individual or a legal entity, am voluntarily submitting my Work (hereinafter the “Work”) to the SmallRig Awards with this application, in accordance with the following terms:

1. I represent and warrant that I have legally obtained all rights and titles to the Work, and that I have the authority to submit it to the SmallRig Awards. I further warrant that no part of the Work (including music, image, etc.) infringes on any rights of publicity or privacy, or violates the legitimate rights and interests of any third party. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Committee of the SmallRig Awards (hereinafter “the Committee”) from any claims, losses, or expenses that may arise or be incurred in connection with this submission.

2. I hereby grant the Committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to stream the submitted Work online for a period of six months, with the understanding that the streaming platform will not generate any monetary revenue from this content.（Only apply if you participate in the online section of the competition and compete for the Audience Choice Award). Additionally, I authorize the Committee to use clips from the film and related materials (including screenshots, posters, stills, abstracts, trailers, etc.) on the awards' official website, as well as across radio, television, print media, social media, and and other promotional channels utilized for the awards.

3. I understand that the screening platforms mentioned in Article 2, such as radio stations, TV stations, and internet platforms, may insert commercials before, after, or during the materials related to the Work. I acknowledge that the insertion of these commercials is independent of the Committee and does not constitute commercial use of the Work by the Committee. I agree to release the Committee from any claims of rights or demands for fees related to the aforementioned commercials.（Only apply if you participate in the online section of the competition and compete for the Audience Choice Award)

4. I understand that once the Work is made available on a web screening platform, it may be subject to illegal use by third parties (such as downloading, re-creation, or commercial exploitation). I acknowledge that the Committee assumes no responsibility for any such illegal use. In the event that third-party actions constitute copyright infringement, the Committee’s responsibility is limited to assisting in contacting the screening platform to obtain information essential for pursuing rights protection.（Only apply if you participate in the online section of the competition and compete for the Audience Choice Award)

5. I acknowledge after the completion of submission, any withdraw requests must be sent to the Committee within 5 days following the submission deadline.

6. I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms listed in this release, as well as the submission guidelines and rules. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of this notice, the right to interpret these terms belongs solely to the Committee.
